Econocom promotes diversity, particularly by encouraging the employment of women in a predominantly male sector. The group ensures that fair treatment in terms of representation and advancement is guaranteed to strengthen gender diversity and equality.
Gender pay gap
Through its strategic plan, the Group is committed to ensuring equal pay treatment within its companies in France and internationally. The goal by 2028 is to exceed a score of 90/100 on the gender pay gap indicator.

Gender Equality Index in France
Based on the decree of January 8, 2019, legal entities in France calculate the “gender equality” index based on 5 indicators:
gender pay gap
percentage of female employees having enjoyed a pay rise following their return from maternity leave
gender gap in individual pay-rise rates
number of employees of the least-represented gender among the ten employees having received the highest levels of pay
gender gap in rates of job promotion

Econocom initiated negotiations in December 2024 to conclude a group collective agreement on gender equality in the workplace covering Econocom France.
The conclusion and implementation of such an agreement will allow Econocom France to take the necessary corrective measures to rapidly improve the various indicators of its index.

• Indicator on pay gap: reach 35/40
• Indicator on high salaries: reach 5/10
In application of the provisions of the Decree of 8 January 2019, Econocom France obtained a score of 75 points out of 100 on the “Gender Equality” Index.
